Dave,
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to your for the professional catering job you did at my 50th Birthday Celebration.
Dave, you were pleasant to my guests, were easy going and well organized which provided a very relaxing atmosphere.
The food presentation was awesome and the chowder entrees were delicious!
Your hosting staff were very cordial and professional.
Thank you for making this special event a truly memorable occasion. Many of my guests have called me and left messages about how much they enjoyed the clambake.
Best wishes for continued success.

Dear Dave,
Now that I'm home in San Fransisco, I just wanted to thank you again for the superb job you did at my parents' recent 50th Anniversary party at our home in Buzzards Bay. Everyone had a fabulous time, and the food was really fantastic. I still find it hard to believe you pulled that off with all of three days' notice, and believe me, we will HEARTILY recommend you and your staff to all our friends on the Cape. You got us out of a jam, and you did so with ease and an easy manner that made everyone involved really glad that YOU were in the kitchen!
Next year we'll be sure to visit the restaurant, for "the best lobstah evah." Thanks again!
Best Wishes,
Grace Shohet
David,
I just wanted to tell you how great everything was last Saturday. All of us had a wonderful time at the clam bake.
If we are in the neighborhood again, we will be sure to stop by the Lobster Trap.
Thanks,
