Executive Chef Dan Delancey Joins Our Team!
The Lobster Trap is proud to have Chef Dan Delancey join our team. Dan is one of the South Shore's up and coming young talents. He is a graduate of Newbury College in Brookline. Dan spent three years working under Dean Moore at The Top of the Hub, before returning to the Cape as Executive Chef at both The Ridge Club and Cummaquid Golf Club. We're very excited to have him lead our kitchen staff!
