The Lobster Trap is not responsible for incorrect addresses that cause delays in delivery or prove to be completely undeliverable. The Lobster Trap is not responsible if the recipient is not present at the address upon delivery of the order. Boxes will be left at the door by FedEx. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery. Fish and lobsters should be eaten the day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
